The 2008 Olympic Games was held in Beijing and six other cities (Tianjin, Shanghai, Qingdao, Qinhuangdao, Shenyang and Hong Kong) from August 8-24, 2008. Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia) supported Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau (EPB) in communicating China's efforts to improve its air quality during the Olympic Games.
